Rupert D. Compton (Operations Superintendent)
Employed by Eagle since February, 2003.Rupert D. Compton, graduated with a BBA degree in 1971 from Texas Tech University. He has more than twenty-five years of broad based experience in oil and gas field operations, including seventeen years with Texas Pacific Oil Co. and Sun Exploration and Production co. Rupert joined Eagle in February, 2003 and functions as operations superintendent.

Allen Bernhardt (Contract Production Superintendent)
Employed by Eagle and its predecessor companies since 1974.Retired - April 1, 2009
Allen Bernhardt, has more that thirty-four years experience in oil and gas field operations. Allen worked on spudders and pulling units for two and one-half years before joining the U.S. Army for an eight year tour of duty. He returned to the Wichita Falls area where he was self-employed for six years in farming and ranching. In January 1974, Allen joined Bolin Oil Company. He has certifications from Well Competition School and Sample and Log Reading School.
