Michael D. Lockstone (Controller)
Employed by Eagle since August, 1996.Michael D. Lockstone, graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1978 with a BS in Accounting and Business Administration. Mike was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma in 1980 and in Texas in 1986. His work experience includes positions as a staff accountant with Halliburton and as Controller of both Beck Production Co., Inc. and CRC Carl's Inc. From 1985 until July 1996, Mike was affiliated with Mathis, West, Huffines and Co., P.C., the largest public accounting firm in the Wichita Falls region. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in taxation, systems, auditing, financial reporting and staff management. Mike joined Eagle as its Controller in August 1996.
Chad Stroud (Assistant Controller)
Employed by Eagle since May, 2007.Chad Stroud, graduated from Midwestern State University in 1996 with a BBA in Accounting and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in November of 2005. Chad has worked as a tax accountant with Day & Wagner in Dallas in 1997, as a manager for Rice Enterprises from June 1997 to February 2001 running inventory control, check recovery, purchase orders, and accounts receivable. Chad has also worked as an internal auditor and audit manager for Wichita County from February 2001 to May 2007. Chad joined eagle as a Assistant controller in May, 2007.
