Pat S. Bolin (Chairman, President & CEO)
Founded Eagle in 1976.Pat S. Bolin, attended Southern Methodist University where he graduated with a BA degree in 1973. Upon graduation he was employed by Mitchell Energy Co. as a Landman, a position he left in 1976 to co-found Eagle. Pat is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at EagleCorp and Eagle Oil & Gas Co., Pat is a member of the salesmanship club of Dallas and supports it through its various activities and charities. Pat additionally serves as an advisory director of Compass Bank and as a director and member of the executive committee of Fidelity Bank, Wichita Falls.
Darrell S. Lohoefer (President and COO)
Employed by Eagle in 1981.Darrell S. Lohoefer, graduated in 1977 from Texas Tech University with a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering. Upon graduation, he went to work for Texas Pacific Oil Company, which he left in 1981 to begin work for Eagle. Darrell is a Registered Professional Engineer and, prior to being promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in August, 2011, served as Vice President of Engineering for Eagle Oil & Gas Co.
Bradley W. Ayres (IT Manager and Financial Analyst)
Employed by Eagle since April, 2005.Bradley W. Ayres, attended Southern Methodist University where he graduated with a BBA degree in Accounting and Finance in 2001 and a Masters degree in Accounting in 2002. While at SMU, he was employed by Carson Private Capital, a private equity investment firm, where he interacted with his employer's clients and their investments, including numerous investments with Hicks, Muse, Tate and Furst. Upon graduation, Brad went to work for Mercantile Bank and Trust in Dallas as a credit analyst and was later promoted to Assistant Vice President in charge of a commercial loan portfolio. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
