Pat S. Bolin (Chairman, CEO & Director)

Founded Eagle in 1976.

Pat S. Bolin, attended Southern Methodist University where he graduated with a BA degree in 1973. Upon graduation he was employed by Mitchell Energy Co. as a Landman, a position he left in 1976 to co-found Eagle. Pat is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at EagleCorp and Eagle Oil & Gas Co., Pat is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and supports it through its various activities and charities. Pat additionally serves as an advisory director of Compass Bank and as a director and member of the executive committee of Fidelity Bank, Wichita Falls.

Darrell S. Lohoefer (President, COO & Director)

With Eagle since 1981.

Darrell S. Lohoefer, graduated in 1977 from Texas Tech University with a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering. Upon graduation, he went to work for Texas Pacific Oil Company, which he left in 1981 to begin work for Eagle. Darrell is a Registered Professional Engineer and, prior to being promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in August, 2011, served as Vice President of Engineering for Eagle Oil & Gas Co.

Warren T. Ayres (Executive Vice President, CFO & Director)

Founded Eagle in 1976.

Warren T. Ayres, attended Midwestern State University where he graduated in 1971 with a BBA degree. Upon graduation, he joined Bolin Oil Company as an accountant, a position he left in 1976 to co-found Eagle. Warren functions as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Eagle Corp and Eagle Oil and Gas Co. Warren was a founder of Fidelity Bank, Wichita Falls and serves the bank as a director and member of the executive committee.

Stan Laukhuf ( Vice President, Secretary, General Counsel & Director)

With Eagle since 1981.

Stan Laukhuf, attended the University of Texas where he received a BBA degree in finance in 1973 and a JD in 1975. Upon graduation, he went to work in the legal department of General American Oil Company in Dallas, a position he left in 1981 to join Eagle. Stan functions as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of EagleCorp and Eagle Oil & Gas Co. and its various affiliates.

Bill Fairhurst (Vice President, Exploration)

With Eagle since October, 2009.

Bill Fairhurst graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a BA in Geology and Business-Management; from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a MS in Geology and from the University of Houston with a MBA concentrating in Finance. Bill began his career as an Exploration Geologist with Marathon Oil Company and worked for Marathon for fifteen years in technical and managerial roles in exploration, development, acquisitions & dispositions including land and engineering roles. For the past fourteen years Bill has had senior management roles with Independent Exploration and Production companies as Manager and Vice President of Land & Exploration and President – Chief Operating Officer. Bill is a Certified Petroleum Geologist, Licensed Professional Geologist, Qualified Reserve Evaluator for the Canadian Securities Administrators and member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Society of Petroleum Engineers and Houston Geological Society.

Kevin Dickerson (Vice President, Land and Business Development)

With Eagle since June, 2012

Kevin R. Dickerson is a 1999 graduate of The University of Oklahoma with a BBA specializing in Petroleum Land Management. Upon graduation Kevin accepted a Landman position with Coastal Oil and Gas Company/El Paso Corporation in Houston, TX. In 2004, he moved to Dallas to work for Hunt Oil Company. Kevin then joined International Mining Company in 2006 where he served as Vice President of Land and Minerals before moving to Merit Energy Company in 2010 to serve as Land Manager until joining Eagle in 2012. Kevin has been very active in both the Dallas Association of Petroleum Landman (President 2011-2012) and the American Association of Professional Landmen, where he continues to serve on various boards and committees. Kevin is also involved with several local ministries serving the less fortunate both locally and internationally.

William C. Murphy (Director)

With Eagle since August 1992.

William C. Murphy graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in 1971 and an MBA in 1973. Bill has over 20 years of senior management experience in the banking industry with such banks as Union Bank & Trust, Bank Texas, and Grand Banc Shares. From 1988 until early 1998, he was President and CEO of Fidelity Bank, N. A. in University Park, Texas. In February 1998, Fidelity Bank was sold to Compass Bank, and Bill served as Executive Vice President, Commercial Lending for Compass Bank Dallas until his resignation in December 1999. Beginning in 2000, he served as CEO, President and Chairman of the Board of Mercantile Bank & Trust until it was sold in 2005 to Texas Regional Bankshares. Bill also serves as a director and member of the executive committee of Beacon.

Thomas O. Whitener, Jr. (Director)

With Eagle since November 1999.

Thomas O. Whitener, Jr. attended the University of Texas where he received BBA and MBA degrees. Tom is a founding partner of Energy Spectrum capital LP, which manages approximately 335 million of funded and/or committed private equity capital for investment in the midstream oil and gas industry, and as a co-founder of Energy-Spectrum Advisors Inc., which provides investment banking and financial advisory services to companies engaged primarily in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry.

Robert J. Flanagan (Director)

With Eagle since November 1999.

Robert J. Flanagan graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and from American University with a Master’s degree in Taxation and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Washington, D.C. He is Executive Vice President of Clark Enterprises, Inc., a diversified holding company located in Berthesda, Maryland, where he oversees the acquisition, management and development of new investment and construction opportunities for CEI and its major subsidiary, The Clark Construction Group, Inc., one of the nation’s largest general building contractors. Prior to joining CEI in 1989, Bob was active in the Washington / Baltimore business community in a variety of positions, including Treasurer, Secretary and Board member of Baltimore Orioles, Inc.
